Happy Ever Afters...

So as promised here are our wedding photo's at the British Muslim Heritage Centre. I was praying for a little sunshine, and alhamdulillah (praise be to God) I got it! On top of that, I was so happy that my sister and little niece could make it all the way from South Africa. It wouldn't have been the same without them. Even though my little niece stole the limelight, I've found it in myself to forgive her. (How could I not? Have you seen those cheeks?).

All my sisters got there bright and early, and did a beautiful job setting up. I honestly can't thank them enough! I had asked my eldest sister Ruwayda if she'd give a little speech during the party not realizing it was going to be a real tear jerker. We were all queuing for the tissues!

It was great to have Tanya Weekes and Safrana Musa photograph all our special moments. The day was made even sweeter with our home-baked cakes made with such love by Nusaybah Naeem.
