No Make-up Update

For those that were following the 'how to look good without makeup' posts, here's an update! So last year I told you about how I wanted to learn to look great without putting on make-up daily. I stopped posting because I couldn't find the time, but mainly because I'm always trying out new things. My skin is finally clearing up, and appearing bare-faced isn't much of a big deal as it once was. Nobody asks if I'm 'ill' or 'tired', it's just normal, which is exactly how it should be! I plan on sharing some quick tricks and homemade products to get bright eyes in the upcoming blog. Stay posted ladies, I know it's been a long time coming!

  1. It's a good initiative, but very hard to apply, mainly because I can't imagine that a person with my "rough" complexion and features can have the same results as a person with very delicate (and pretty!) complexions as yours. BUT I am excited to try out the tips you'll post, who knows, maybe my horrid dark circles and my "no make up" ill face will dissappear! Thank you for sharing.

    1. I'm sure everyone can look great without make-up! If you understood how red, and sensitive my skin is, you wouldn't have made that comment haha. It's so difficult just to get clear skin, never mind texture! The tips in my next blog are all just related to eyes. I hope you find there's something useful in it :)

  2. That's you without makeup? You're stunning! For years I tried to be very low maintenance but found I never really looked my best - so now I don't mind using a little bit each day. Good to have you back in this space - Xo.

    1. Hi Celia, thanks for your lovely comment! I hope no one misunderstands these posts. They're not anti make-up, they're just to encourage those (like myself) who didn't really recognise themselves without it. There was no acceptance to our own natural beauty.

I hope the coming beauty posts inspire us to try more natural methods to looking good! Thanks again for your kind words xx
