Living Light

Since we're settling in nicely, and I just got my camera equipment. I guess we're back online! If you follow me on instagram you might have already seen my giddy self enjoying this space. Our teeny-tiny apartment (no exaggeration!) is still empty. Our kitchen is the only place almost complete. Nothing excites me more than empty spaces. It's filled with endless possibilities! We've got a tight budget, which is adding to the fun! Who knew I could be frugal eh? My husband's probably chuckling at that last statement. To be fair I'm not usually one for prices or practicalities. As you can see though, I'm slowly learning, so there is hope haha!

All I can say about our move, is that I have this high dose of happy in my system. You'd think I'd wake up and it'd slowly fade, but no! That excitement doesn't seem to be going anywhere anytime soon. It's a mixture of all the newness, and knowing I can use my creativity to get this place picture perfect. It does help that I own some awesome nadinoo homeware goods, including this pear apron I'm wearing. Very cheerful to brighten up  this neutral space!

A heads up that 'amira made' may seem more like 'amira maid' soon haha.  I've got plenty of home related posts coming up! If you like that sorta thing, you're in for a treat.

  3. As always, nice colors and arrangements. Mubarak the new place. Empty places are freedom and very deep. They are far more effective than packed and crowded places. Enjoy.

    1. Thanks, we agree! It's a small place so we've kept the colour scheme light, and easy on the eyes.

    1. Well since you cook a lot you need more utensils! Right now I'm just making the basics so we can just survive haha.. I have to say though, I just love getting inspiration from online to keep us on the right track (minimalism wise)
